Q: What is Penguin Frost the chat?
A: Penguin Frost is a multiplayer chat game where you can explore and make friends! It is similar to Disney Club penguin
Q: Why do some games say RocketSnail At the bottom or top of the screen?
A: It is because that is the company that created the game. If you would like to know, Rocketsnail is working on a new project called Mech Mice!
Q: Will there be memberships?
A: Hopefully, no. But if the site gets to popular, the site could get more expensive to run the servers, renew the domain, so there is a chance memberships can happen.
Q: Will there be puffles?
A: Again, Hopefully. Clubpenguin has copyrights, you know. Were lucky they let us create a game with their rooms! But, before we make the game, we will ask.
Q: Can you help me create my own Clubpenguin?
A: No, I’m sorry, I am to busy on mine. If you have no experience on Flash or Actionscript, then you have to learn, just like the Team and I did.
Q: Will there be a beta hat?
A: Yes, there will be a new beta hat with new colors.
Q: Can I meet any of the moderators on Club Penguin?
A: Most of the moderators are busy, but if you see one they would be happy to meet you!
Q: Can you guys make me famous on PF?
A: No, sorry. Our job is to keep the site safe and fun. We don’t have the time to help you be famous.
Q: Can I be a Mascot on PF? (Like Rockhopper?)
A: No, Not even the moderators have the authority, the only people that are able to be the mascots are Sportace, Jackpaulsen, and Blueicedude, and people we INVITE to become a Mascot.
Q: Can I have the JOB to be a mascot?
A: No, do not ask, you can only obtain this job by invitation, also to not ask to be invited to be a mascot, it will just lower your chances to become a moderator.
Q: Is there bans?
A: Yes. Its the only way to keep the site safe. There are 14 Hours, 24 Hours, 42 Hours, 72 Hours, and Forever.
Q: Can I be banned from the website?
A: Yes, but only if it is serious, you will be banned if you Threaten, Hack, Cuss to many times, State Personal Information, and much more.
Q: How are you making Penguin Frost?
A: With Years of learning of Actionscript, and Flash Programs.
Q: Will The Merchandise ever be lowered?
A: Yes! Hopefully during holiday weeks, or weekends.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
Q: How come the beta will say, “Can’t Connect!”
A: Because the server is not online, only Sportace has the power to turn them on, soon enough we will have a 24/7 hour server.
Q: How come I’m always a red penguin?
A: Because we did not yet make the feature to make accounts and select other penguin colors.

Penguin Frost - A Frosty World of Penguins! 
Wait… will moderators be able to be banned forever? We wouldnt do anything bad, but still…. just curious. Like if somebody hacks us? Wait…. we should be able to log onto our penguins (moderators) using our password AND e-mail or something. Or IP address so we can only get on from OUR computer.
I’m not sure maybe moderators will be safe chat on other servers(since moderator)and you need a Ip or email to enter the thing in non-safe chat.
